We provide volunteers to small and medium Ghanaian businesses looking to accelerate their performance through strategic operations or to give back to the community and make a positive impact by involving volunteers’ employees as Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Approach
- We provide companies with a group of trained young graduates (Junior Associates) from recognized tertiary institutions between the age of 20-30 years who have been interns or volunteers for more than six months.
Impact
- Collaborating with volunteers from diverse backgrounds and experiences brings fresh perspectives and ideas to the company.
- Provide cost-effective support for projects and still achieve company’s objectives.
- It enhances the company's public image and serves as a way of giving back to society.
