The management accepts inquiries by phone or email. She is available for telephone advice and order clarification. If necessary, a free preliminary talk can be arranged with the family. The referring person fills out the basic information registration form for the offer together with the parents (see forms under Downloads) and sends it to the Parents and teens Hub. Registration and application fee discussed and paid. Cost assumption discussed and mode of payment.

After payment is made the intervention can begin with an initial interview.

The intervention begins with an initial meeting with the parents, the referring organisation and the  (specialist management and family counsellor). If possible, the children and young people also take part.

The first meeting serves to clarify the assignment, formulate goals and change requests. If necessary and in consultation with the referring organisation, and the family, the counsellor takes part in discussions with other specialists in the family environment during the family intervention.

Depending on the offer, a site meeting with the same composition is agreed after two to three months in order to give initial feedback on the status of the work and the achievement of goals (indication report is created). If necessary, the goals and the intensity of the assignment are adjusted or necessary measures are discussed and, if necessary, initiated. In the case of the family activation and intensive assessment offers, the status review takes place after three to four weeks.

The cooperation ends with a final discussion including a final report.
In order to check the sustainability of the intervention, depending on the offer, a telephone conversation is held with the family (follow-up) three months after completion. Feedback is sent to the referring organisation if need be.

Parent and teens Hub attaches great importance to regular reporting. In addition to documenting the achievement of goals, the reports contain well-founded assessments of the development and possible risk situations or endangerment of clients as well as clear recommendations for further action. The reports of clients are discussed with the parents or referral institutions

The costs for the assignments are billed weekly according to the tariffs in the cost agreements. Parent and teens guarantees that the agreed cost ceiling (except in the case of a crisis) will be adhered to.
