About Us
Outreach family work is the most intensive form of outpatient educational assistance and is characterized by its proximity to the everyday life of the family. A proven range of services characterised by close cooperation with child and youth welfare centres, family and schools, the program has achieved a high level of expertise in the field of child and family protection. It is characterized by well-founded risk assessments and clear recommendations in the event of child and parent welfare risks and makes an important contribution to safeguarding their welfare.
Our counsellors are specialists with advance training in social work or social pedagogy and further training, for example in family therapy, transcultural communication, systemic and/or solution-oriented counselling and competence-oriented family work. We have many years of professional experience with children and young people, parents and a clear understanding of their role and well-founded knowledge of the structures of youth and family welfare, child protection and targeted clarification of tasks contribute to professional support.
Parents and Teens Hub (PTH) has developed a model for socio-pedagogical family support, this is a professional socio-educational family support.
The Parents and Teens Hub advises, accompanies and empowers families with ongoing stress or in acute crises. It carries out intensive investigations as part of its support system.

1.Quality and Standards
We provide our services in the outreach, competence-oriented family work in high quality and professionalism with a focus on the well-being of our clients. We work with time-limited offers, professionally structured assignments, binding regulated standards for case coaching, intervision and supervision. Current, standardized instruments are used for social diagnostics, which are bundled in reports with clear recommendations. The well-being of the child and the professional, ethical guidelines of social work guide our actions and decisions. We have a high level of customer orientation in relation to referrers and families and we are willing to respond to the needs of our stakeholders.
We are constantly evolving as an organization. This means that our offers are adapted to meet needs, further developed, old offers are discontinued, or new ones are launched.
